User Agreement

By using Gothgirls, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gothgirls (gothgirls.net), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Community Rules, Content Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Gothgirls
  • If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You may only have one account — creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate the platform is prohibited

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must not share your login credentials with anyone
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules

4. Your Content

When you post content on Gothgirls:

  • You own your content — You retain all rights to the content you create
  • You grant us a license — By posting, you grant Gothgirls a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform
  • You can delete your content — You may delete your posts and comments at any time
  • You are responsible — You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences that arise from it

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate our Community Rules or Content Policy
  • Use Gothgirls for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation
  • Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

6. Moderation

  • Gothgirls moderators may remove content, issue warnings, or ban users at their discretion
  • We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so
  • Moderation decisions can be appealed through modmail
  • We may cooperate with law enforcement when required or when we believe it is necessary for safety

7. Intellectual Property

  • Gothgirls and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gothgirls and protected by copyright and other laws
  • The Gothgirls name, logo, and branding may not be used without permission
  • If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at legal@gothgirls.net

8. Disclaimers

  • Gothgirls is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the platform will be available at all times or free of errors
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gothgirls and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Gothgirls after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this agreement
  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability)
